Friday Photos From Umbria ~ July 10th 2015
After weeks of comfortable warm weather with little humidity, we are now in the midst of what they are calling an African heat wave. The temperatures are close to 100 degrees F every day and there is no rain in sight. Our well is dry, our grass has turned brown, and it is difficult to even move around too much without sweating. We are keeping busy despite the heat and this week we visited Perugia, enjoyed a black truffle meal at a sagra in Ripa, and visited Pisignano for the monthly antique market.
